Camp sportif

ASK PICS, a 5-day intensive camp led by technical executives recognized for their know-how and coming from the United States, the Caribbean or elsewhere.
It offers young people the opportunity to improve and surpass themselves whatever their technical level.
A response to give young people the desire to dream without distinction of social, cultural or geographical origin.

A camp for all

Closed camp without accommodation for young people aged 4 to 17, suitable for each age group and each level.

Several sports disciplines are on the program.

His principles : discipline, taste for effort, surpassing oneself, team spirit.

His method : intensive training in small groups on individual and collective fundamentals, educational workshops on the athlete's environment, language workshops, express adherence by the camper to the camp's rules of life.


Sessions in February or summer holidays: Saint Laurent du Maroni - Cayenne - Kourou.

ASK SPORT ATTITUDE Municipal Challenge

Intercommunal tournament in 3 phases with 3 events (cross relay - cooperative games - team sport).
Offered to young people aged 11 to 16 and takes place from January to June.

“TOP SANTE BALL” WORKSHOP

A workshop that removes the obstacles to practicing a physical activity!!!

Wellness sport to feel better in your body and improve your quality of life.

TOP HEALTH BALLS:

- a physical activity to keep fit at your own pace and in your own way

- a gentle recovery after a long period of inactivity

- a suitable workshop , accessible to people suffering from pathologies (diabetes, obesity, pain, etc.)

- a personalized welcome

- a set of exercises inspired by basketball, volleyball, handball, football and gym to work all parts of the body.


Adults and seniors

:


  • Weekly session of 45 minutes to 1 hour. 10 to 12 participants under the direction of a certified sports health facilitator.
  • Monthly Wellness Morning (open to non-members for a financial contribution)

  • Teenagers

    :

    Once a week. 1.5 hour session with personalized follow-up. Sports discipline: basketball.

    Open to beginners.
